We provide strategic and professional advice and services covering all aspects of local government law.

We currently have exciting opportunities to join our dynamic and growing team during a period of significant transformation and major project delivery within the Councils supported by the Legal Partnership.

In this role you will be supervising and working within the busy and high profile Legal Child Protection Team, one of the largest teams in the Partnership, this position offers an excellent and rewarding opportunity for an experienced, hardworking and proactive childcare lawyer with experience in team and performance leadership.

To be successful you will need a minimum of five years PQE as either a solicitor or barrister with experience in childcare matters, including safeguarding, adoption and fostering. You will also need to demonstrate leadership and management experience in a high performing and outcome focused team environment dedicated to delivering real change for children and families. Local Authority experience would be advantageous.
